111學年度第1學期

一、所有學制新生(含境外生)、轉學生及復學生未健檢者，應依照規定完成健檢，可自由選擇參加校內健檢或自行到校外健檢。

二、選擇校內健檢者：依各校區各系所排定時間受檢(請至新生專區網頁查詢)，檢查不需空腹，可正常進食。

三、選擇校外健檢者，請先下載「學生健康檢查資料卡」，到所在地合格醫療院所完成健檢。

四、本校接受學生持三個月內有效期(112年6月1日以後)的勞工健檢報告正(副)本，檢查項目需符合教育部規定項目，並填妥本校學生健康檢查資料卡。

五、已完成校外健檢者請配合在開學二週內繳交健檢資料。

六、依據學校衛生法、本校新生健康檢查實施要點，為預防校園傳染疾病發生及了解自我健康，請務必完成健檢。

8：00-11：30、13：00-16：30 on Monday to Friday

08：00-11：30 on Saturday
