研究生校外實習要點

Postgraduate apply for Industrial theme type practice

一、實習期間

（一）水圈學院水產科技產業博士班研究生須於在學期間（含寒、暑假），選修3學分「主題式產業實習（一）」。實習期滿經評定合格，給與「主題式產業實習（一）3學分，列入專業必修畢業學分。

（二）主題式產業實習（一）為必修課程，主題式產業實習（二）與主題式產業實習（三）為選修課程，此三門課程係為校外實習，每實習320小時（8小時／×5天／週×8週=320小時）給予3學分，實習時數可加總計算，若校外實習整學期，給予9學分，並視同修習主題式產業實習（一）、主題式產業實習（二）、主題式產業實習（三）三門課，主題式產業實習最高認定為9學分。

1. Internship Period

(1) The postgraduate of Ph.D. Program of Aquatic Science and Technology, College of Hydrosphere Science, during term time (include winter and summer vacation) must choose to study 3 credit the "Industrial theme type practice (1)" course. Satisfy the internship period and pass the qualified, will obtain "Industrial theme type practice (1)" 3 credit, and included in required graduation credit.

(2) The Industrial theme type practice (1) is required credit, Industrial theme type practice (2) and Industrial theme type practice (3) is elective courses, the three-course is belonged off-campus internship for the intern, each internship for 320 hours (8 hours /* 5 days /* 8 weeks = 320 hours) obtain 3 credit, the internship times can accumulate, if off-campus internship on all semester, can obtain 9 credit, and study Industrial theme type practice (1), Industrial theme type practice (2), Industrial theme type practice (3) 3 courses, are same to recognition upper limit is 9 credit.

二、實習場所

水圈學院水產科技產業博士班研究生依其實習意願至各公司、單位及研究機構、實驗室實習，上述實習場所不以國內為限，可至國外經所認可之實習場所實習。

2. Place of Internship Agency

The postgraduate of Ph.D. Program of Aquatic Science and Technology, College of Hydrosphere Science can determine for self-want to go each company, agency, and research institute, laboratory to the intern, the internship place not restrict domestic, and can go for oversea pass the qualified internship space.

三、實習管考

（一）實習場所之認定由院（所）長決議。

（二）每一門實習結束後，學生應繳交1份「主題實習成果報告」。

（三）實習成績計算，由實習單位填寫「實習成績考核表」，實習單位考核佔50％，本院實習輔導教師視導考核30％，實習報告佔20％，成績不及格（未達70分）者不授予學分。

3. Internship Evaluation

(1) By the Dean (or Director) to recognize the place of the internship agency.

(2) When each internship finished, the student must turn in once “Internship Report”.

(3) Internship performance evaluation is internship agency 50% constitute, 30% constitute school tutor respectively and 20% constitute internship report, fail grades (the score not reached 70) cannot get the credit.

四、本要點經院務會議審議通過後實施，修正時亦同。

4. The Regulations were approved and implemented at the College Faculty Meeting, all amendments shall follow the same procedure.
