以及「教育部」－臺灣海洋專業人才培育現況與技專校院校務基本資料庫調查，
針對「論文發表」、「專業證照」、「參與研討會（口頭、海報）」、「參與競賽」、「社會服務」、「產學合作計畫」等項目，
謹以本表單普查本院博士生學研能量，以更新及優化資料庫，並呈現於博士生個人學習歷程，
